Flare Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Full Time Service Tech to join our team in Golden Valley, MN.

We're looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our growing team: experience preferred but not necessary.

Our service techs are responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment in both residential and light commercial settings, as well as giving our customers quality customer service.

We offer medical, dental, 401K, PTO, tool allowance, commission and great growth opportunities.

This job is: -Monday through Friday with rotating on call shifts -Training provided
